Sponsorship options – monthly donation amounts
1. $12 buys our water for a month
2. $20 dental care for a child
3. $100 milk for a baby for a month ($25 milk for a baby for a week)
4. $300 a month sponsors a nanny
Sponsor a baby’s milk
The milk we use is Similac, the highest quality milk available in Guatemala. Abandoned babies often arrive underweight and malnourished, which is why they need the best quality available. Similac is fortified with all the vitamins and minerals our babies need to develop healthily and begin to put on weight.
Option A $25 a month – this buys a baby’s milk for a week
Option B $100 a month – this buys a baby’s milk for a month
(Donors receive monthly photo of baby and current weight)
Why sponsor a nanny?
· Provide mother figure to children so they grow up with personalised, unconditional love and nurture that every child deserves. These women are central to our children’s healthy social and emotional development. They are the reason our children will have high self esteem, confidence and resilience.
· Will receive health insurance.
· Will be able to participate in continual professional development activities with our partner charities.
· Will be able to participate in personal development activities as we will enrol them in courses at the centre for women’s development according to their own interests.
Option A - $50 a month. Each nanny will have 6 sponsors
Option B - $100 a month. Each nanny will have 3 sponsors
(Donors receive monthly photo and update on children and nannies participation in courses,events)
What will your donation pay for?
$10 2 bags of incaparina – a nutrient drink the children drink in Guatemala to combat poor nutrition
$30 a water filter to provide clean safe drinking water for 2 years
$50 a babywalker or similar item for the children to learn to walk
$75 the cleaning products needed to keep our home safe and hygienic all year round
$100 all our household maintenance bills –gas, electricity, internet, garbage collection
$300 a month’s salary for the cook-cleaner
$500 all the food for a month for the nannies and the children
$1000 all the medical expenses for a child for a year
