President, Sheila Tatone, worked as a chemical/research
technician before opening a motor vehicle licensing office which she
owned for 10 years. She currently works for the State of Minnesota in
the area of driver and vehicle services. She has extensive volunteer
experience including Girls Scouts, City Council, and the local Chamber
of Commerce. She was also a founding member the city festival, Star
City Days, and was the Chair for several years. |

Toni
Malanaphy-Sorg is President and CEO of her own management consulting
firm with over 20 years of experience. As a management consultant,
she has worked with organizations ranging in size from small privately
held businesses to Fortune 200 companies in both union and non-union
environments and for both profit and non-profit companies.

Treasurer,
Melanie Clark, CPA and CMA, is the chief financial officer for
a multi-state restaurant chain based in Dallas, Texas and has
over 25 years of accounting experience. As the CFO, she is responsible
for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including
accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, financial statements
and tax reporting for sales of over $30 million annually. Additionally,
she provides financial analysis to the management team and oversees
the accounting and human resource staff.

Secretary, Janis M. Calos, worked
as a nurse primarily in the area of pediatrics before obtaining her
law degree. As a lawyer, she represented victims of medical
malpractice, eventually establishing her own law firm. She left her
home and law practice in Dallas, Texas to establish Casa Mea in
Romania and is now Casa Mea’s Executive Director. |

Beth Fellman
graduated in 1982 from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa with
a degree in advertising and public relations. For 15 years she
worked in magazine publishing and for the last 8 years as the
manager of marketing for a large architectural firm in St. Paul,
Minnesota.
