An Experience You'll Never Forget
"Certainly, my time with the Casa Mea family was an experience I’ll never forget. I helped the kids learn English and they taught me the importance of listening and paying attention. There was never a dull moment, I had fun every second I was there."
Brett Fitzgerald, USA |
"These young people are polite and helpful, friendly and loving; they are eager to learn new skills. We love them to bits."
Hazel & David Martin, UK |
"The first thing I noticed is that the children and staff, while not necessarily related, treated each other as though they were a huge family. The togetherness and selfless dedication that everyone has for each other creates an amazing standard that all foster homes should strive for."
Jordan Rolfes, USA |

Summer Volunteers From All Over the World
The children have fun learning about many different ways of life, tasty food, and interesting people, thanks to our volunteers. |
Hazel and David are like grandparents to the children. They hail from Britain but live in Minorca, Spain. They come for several months each year helping the children with homework, planning parties with them, and just giving of themselves and their love. Busra, Rosda, Jordan, and Brett spent time during the summer with the children. All of these caring adults add another dimension to our children’s lives.
Fortunately, Busra, Rosda, and Brett enjoyed their volunteer experience that they wish to repeat it and tell their friends from around world about volunteering at Casa Mea. If you too want to volunteer all you have to do is leave us a message on the contact page, tell us a few things about yourself, why you want to be a volunteer, how you think you could make a difference in the kids' lives and what could you teach them. Anyone with a heart can volunteer! Try it, you will like it! |
